Multiple Internet Connections

I have a client with 2 internet connections, from 2 different providers.

He is running streaming video to one computer; which in turn is taking up all the bandwidth.

I would like to have his computer route through one internet connection and all other traffic use the other.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Adapt one of these, just mark the connection then the packect with a routing mark
