Multiple IPSec connections

Hi

Stupid question, but… Is it possible to make multiple L2TP/IPSec connections from same IP to Mikrotik router. I have head office (there is Mikrotik router as L2TP server and IPSec with pre-shared key) where users need to connect (roadwarrior scheme). All is working very good, when users are from different IP-s. When users are from same IP (for example another office with two users) they cannot connect anymore.
Is it normal and there is nothing to do?

We have had weird problems with l2tp doing the same thing. We switched to pptp and the problem went away.

L2TP is using UDP and that is making my life easier, because in Estonia majority of home and SME DSL-s are with closed TCP ports. But I think that I can use PPTP and L2TP mixed for these offices, where are more than one user.
