Multiple PPPoEs without load balancing.

I am trying to get two PPPoE Clients to run on the same RB751u. They need to go out the same port to the same gateway. The RB751u says they are both running but I can only ping over through one of the PPPoEs. I do not want to do load balancing. I want to keep the traffic separated for security and data use calculations. So one PPPoE is for the home use and the other is for a VPN.

Thanks for the help!

That’s working here. May you show us which host you ping ,routing tables used and nat rules ?

Tried to ping google from two different computers on the two different networks(PPPoEs). One or the other one would ping but not both at the same time. How did you do it? Did you configure the PPPoEs through the web interface or command line? Did you have change anything in the routing table or mark the routes? I will get you more information soon.

Thank you for your response

I got it to work! After reading the wiki on Policy Based Routing I was able to follow that example and modify the instructions to make it work. Now I am working on getting a VPN to work through one of the PPPoE’s. Here is the link to the wiki article:
