Sorry im a non traditional network enthusiast.. so forgive me for not exactly learning exactly how much network professionals do. I have got by with making things work and pretty much learning in reverse when things start to work. But I was just wondering what it meant when all of these routes were added as I added more public IPS.

Not 100% sure to tell without further details visible …
But when you add an IP address connected to an interface, a default route will be added as well depending on subnet mask used.
If no subnet mask was used, it will be /32 (only that address).
