Multiple Questions, enlighten me please

Hi all,

I am new on this mikrotik stuff.
Please kindly enlighten me.

I set 2 subnet on mikrotik for LAN.
LAN1 gateway = 192.168.2.1 (via ether 2)
LAN2 gateway = 192.168.3.1 (via ether 3)

And for internet connection:
gateway = 192.168.1.1 (via ether 1)
The ether 1 is dhcp client of internet modem which also have give ip (act as dhcp server) via Wifi.

Founding:

  1. Subnet LAN 2 can only ping to LAN 1 if the ip address is static, why is that?
  2. Computer which connects via Wifi cannot ping to LAN 1, but can ping to LAN 2, why is that?
  3. Ping time from 192.168.1.0/24 to 192.168.3.0/24 is always more than 1ms, I suppose because it is not recognized as the same network. How to make it so that it recognized it as the same network?
  4. I have 2 local servers which connected through LAN 1. The ping time is okay before, but today, I see the ping time is big, sometimes, is it normal? (I attached the snapshot).
