multiple subnets one wireless link

I have a small WISP start up just getting off the ground and I have an issue with utilizing my wireless link from my office to my house for both resale to my neighbors and to connect my home network with my office network. In order to use printers at the office from home and to remote desktop between computers. The router at the office is currently a Mikrotik RB2011UiAS-2HnDIN. At home I’m using a Mikrotik 750UP. I have all my radios on a 10.10.x.x subnet and my home and office is on 192.168.x.x. How can I configure the system to have the home and office on the same network and have have the ability to connect customers over the same link? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like an opportunity for VLANs. However, what does the hierarchy of your network look like currently?
