Multiple Users on the hotspot with Radius

I am running a hotpot to an external radius sever, if there anyway to allow multiple users to use the same user name and password at the same time ?

under ip > hotspot > user profiles

change the shared users to 100 or however many you want.

ok thanks for that but I tried that and get the following issue.

I can log on two users now but if any of the users log off then they can not get back on again until the other user have logged off then they can both log in again ? seems strange, I just want any user using the same login details to be able to log on any time they require to. Any assistance would be appreciated.

What radius server are you using?
What message does the second user get after logging out and trying to log in again?
Are you using a “simultaneous use” setting in the radius server?

I would add the radius topic to the logging.

/system logging
add topics=radius,debug action=memory

Watch the log when those users try to log in again and the login fails. That may shed some light on your problem.
