my mikrotik hotspot allows multiple users with just a single user login even though the accounts is to permit a single user for single accounts login. what did i do wrong? Need help urgently!

same problem i encountered too on RB750GL. one user account logging in multiple devices simultaneously.
how to avoid this issue or to block the reaper running in those devices?
is there anyone knows how to fix this problem through firewall?
