mUPS and CRS125-24G1S-IN wont work

mUPS(without battery) and CRS125-24G1S-IN wont work.

CRS125-24G1S-IN does not start, power LED and LCD blink continuously.
Works fine with poe-injector.

mUPS works fine with RB750Gr3.
