my 411AH is not working after firmware update

I udated firmware on my RB411AH and after reboot RB not start.No beep,only some leds lighting.
What i have to do now?Is my RB demaged?

  1. Power your device off;
  2. Press and hold reset button;
  3. Power device on;
  4. Wait 1-2 seconds;
  5. Release reset button.

If device manages to boot up then run following commands on it:
“/system routerboard upgrade”
“/system reboot”

hi,
when i power on with holding reset button, on mikrotik lights only LD504 thats all.No beep
When i power up RB,on mikrotik lights LD501,LD502,LD503 and LD504 and nothing.No beep.
This RB was production device and i upgraded it remotely.

I have a RB-493G and after update with netinstall from 6.28 to 6.29.1 all ok. Then charge 6.30.2 by drag and drop and reboot, the RB several starts no normally. After this action I downgrade by netinstall to 6.29.1
Now the RB is lock with light blue and green fix and LD41, LD42, LD43 and LD44 lights on, LD45 light off. Ethernet light no power on. Can’t connect by netinstall.

Somebody know what unlocked it?
If I connect by rs232 is possible?
