my all user lost - action failed (6)

Hi,

We have more CCR1016-12G Cloud router on different Offices.
I was’t able to login in the morning to the device, all SSH login session is failure (bad password).
I try login from local network with admin user from WinBox accidentally without a password, login is sucessfully! (ups …)
We check router configuration, all settings is ok, and all users lost.
Router have only Admin user without password (default factory setting).

If i set password for Admin user, or add new user, new settings is lost 5 minuntes, admin password is blank !

If i want make backup for router:

/system backup save name=test
Saving system configuration
Failed to save system configuration backup
action failed (6)


Backup is failed, if i want use storage flash, all action is failed (NAND error ?)

This already the second device on what the problem occurs in last 4 months !

This is hardware or RouterOS problem ?

Hey, I don´t know if you have solved this issue yet, I got the exact same problem with the user accounts (also the exact same hardware) it appears to be a malfunction that shows after a power failure or after a “router was rebooted without proper shutdown”. Also I was not able to erease any files or create new ones, and my disk space was over 80% free…

the simplest thing I thought was to properly reboot the router, it solved the problem apparently.
