my laptop wireless ,mikrotik on laptop

hello ,

i have a problem i install mikrotik on my old laptop to use it a AP , the lan works fine but the wireless is not working at all
in windows it works fine ,but on mikrotik not working ,does it to install driver or something ,please help me guys

my laptop modle is asus M2N here is the link of the laptop

my wirless driver on xp is : INTEL_CALEXICO Wireless LAN driver V1.2.1.1 for WinXP
so can it work with mikrotik or not ,plz guys help me

Unless something has changed recently, Intel cards are not supported.

Atheros chipset cards are supported, but only miniPCI I think, I’m not sure about PCMCIA

RouterOS doesn't use Windows drivers, so the fact that the wireless card works in Windows doesn't necessarily mean it's supported in MikroTik. Check whether your Intel wireless chipset is on MikroTik's supported hardware list—if it isn't, the easiest solution is to use a compatible mini PCI/PCIe Wi-Fi card or a supported wireless access point instead.
