Couple of things, Plastic boxes, so I hope you have some extra grounding for the board to your mast/groud.
Also, Are they powered cards without antennas? 
I hope they were not powered for long.

One housing, one card, fewer connectors.
These stacked cards are interfering each other.
each box hold 2 radios, and each radio run at different band. one at 2 Ghz and the other at 5 Ghz.
I don’t know if they will interfere with each other since the frequencies are far apart.
they are being tested on floor before putting them on tower.. i will ground them once they’re positioned.

However, i would rather put the N connectors down.
In fact they are Mutulsan boxes… funny, you recognized them by the simple look. hhhh.
I was thinking to put the N connectors up since the N side of the pigtails has waterproof rubber.
