Hi..my Mikrotik RB1100AHx2 have been hacked.They change the password to login the interface.How to hard reset this model.Thank you

To avoid such “hack”, do not leave router without a set password, and avoid using the “admin” account. The best is to log in with admin, create a new user with the group “full”, then log in with the new user and delete the “admin” account

Or just rename the Admin account and set a password :slight_smile:
