My Mikrotik RouterBoard work

Hi. I’m new and i need to prepare a document about Mikrotik RouterBoard hotspot setup but i don’t know anything about mikrotik and i’ve found a lot of things to include but i have some questions.

First: My device is “Mikrotik rb751u-2hnd” and i didn’t set anything it’s still in the box
can i implement this steps to set hotspot on my device? or which device should i use to set hotspot like this video? because this video is easiest video i’ve ever found the others are really complicated.
