hi guys plz its urgent if someone can help me in 2 things:
- now i know how to give limits for the download and upload in the profile tx/rx but is there anyway to the MT so it does not give limit from the web chached files on the MT ?
and the
2)if someone is downloading and on another pc msn is not opening bcoz of the download , how can i make the priority for msn or to ie , ive heard maybe something in mangle but can someone tell me plz the steps and plz specially for msn problem.
