My RB 433UAH eth1 POE is damage!!

hi

ok.. have RB/433UAH and for some reason the (Ethernet port 1 POE) is totally damage :frowning: I tried to boot it’s give me karnel panic error ..so i do all things update firmware , reset boot change boot ..etc in the end i had format the NAND and once i did that , i cannot install the RouterOS , seems the boot it’s depend on (Ethernet port 1 POE) only for update and install the RouterOS and seems the other ports 2,3 are not support to boot through PXE or DHCP ?.

so..any idea that i can install my RouterOS whether through Ethernet2 or Ethernet3 or either through serial or microSD or USB
..I’m sure once the RouterOS installed my router will be working perfectly. I can do without Ethernet 1 :slight_smile:

Netinstall does not work on Ether2 and Ether3, as well it is not possible to use microsd or any other way.
Contact your distributor and ask for the replacement.
