my rb433 is dead

hi all
i have rb433 and its dead connect power directly or throwgh poe there is no response no beeping and there is no light in the leds,the ac dc convertor is working fine >>>> is there somthing i can do???

Do the capacitors look bloated or seem to have some leaked fluid on the top?
