My router does not working!!!

Hello!

I have a problem on my RB951Ui-2nD router.
My router does not working! Its plugged on and it is connected to my PC via a network cable, the PWR and USR LEDs are ON but the port LEDs (1 to 5) are OFF and I cannot connect to router via WinBox.
I cannot reset the router because I have many accounts in user-manager. :frowning:

What should I do?

Have you tried a different network cable, and a different PC?

sounds like the switch chip failed. You could try a factory reset, but I don’t think that will help if the switch has failed.

Hello Hamed,
You may reinstall RouterOS by netinstall. Connect your pc to ether1 and try to use netinstall.
