3-ppp----->Profiles------>Nam:prof1,Local Address :192.168.0.1,Remote Address:pppoe1, DNS Server:213.244.72.31&212.14.234.36 , Use Encryption:requierd ,
4-New PPP Secret----->Name:jon, Pasword:1234,Profile:prof1 look it

Additional Information
It’s easier if you post your configuration
However you should disable compression and encryption in profile
And for more security remember to remove any IP from ether2
And don’t assign 192.168.0.1 on any interface

Open up a terminal/telnet/ssh/prompt/cli and then type:
ip address export
For example:
[admin@MikroTik] > /ip addr pr
