Do you have ros 6.11 and wireless package installed and enabled? If yes, have you installed it by netinstall with configuration removed? This could help.
in my sxt
can not see wlan1 in menu wireless

First, connect with your IP address, not the MAC address. Also, upgrade to v6.11, and then see.
MAC connection is not so fast, sometimes it takes time to populate the menus with data.

If so, then RMA it.
please make a support output file and send it to support@mikrotik.com so we could check why the wireless interface isn’t recognized. Then we will check if it is possible to fix it or a RMA is needed.

It was working ok and what did you do when it stopped to work?
Send the support output file to support@mikrotik.com for inspection.
