My the dude dont dicover through wifi card

Hi:
I have a Dude version 3.4. But when I do dicover, it dont find the computers of my net. The only diference with other times is that I am in a notebook and connected to he net through wifi.

Is there any special configuration when there is a wifi card?

Some access points will not let you talk to other devices connected wirelessly to other devices but you should be able to discover the AP and Router and what ever else is hard wired if the above case is true.

Can you manually add a device and talk to it.

I have done wireless discovery with an AP that did not block client to client traffic and it worked fine.

I cant add manually the diveces. I mean, I can do ping to the AP, but when I add manually the AP, it appear gray, and I cant do ping from the dude.

Is there some thing to configure in the dude for choose the interface to use?..

Oh what OS are you running dude on?

If windows 7 or server 2k8 your dude users has to be an admin or it will not send pings.

in addition to what lebowski said, yes, make sure that the devices are actually reachable. if you are not the admin of the network, you should talk to the admin about this.
