MY Windows Show Primary DNS Problem

Hello,
am found the Primary DNS Problem from some days back. I think this is the Internet connectivity issue. but then I will try to browse something on a different PC, the Internet works fine, I am very frustrated about this, I searched many of the videos on Youtube. and also do reset my Router as well, but the problem is the same as previous. I am not able to understand what is the issue.
Please help me to out this, waiting for Your Suggestion?

On a different PC connected to the same router, or on a different PC connected to a different router? Where exactly does the affected PC show the “primary DNS problem” message? Is that related to access to any fqdn or to a particular one? And how is it related to Mikrotik?
