Hi,

We are using v5.20 and v5.18 on pc with pppoe and hotspot configuration, in our network few customers are working with IBM company they will be working from home. While they are connecting to VPN server (w3.ibm.com) they are able to connect after connecting to VPN they are unable to open few applications on VPN (with other ISP its works fine or without mikrotik) for few applications they will be using domain name that domain ip and name i added in hosts files on pc its works fine after adding the same and some times with hotspot login its work fine.

please suggest any configuration needs to be done.

you can use the MT DNS server and add static host entries there instead of on the PC. This requires the VPN clients using the MT as their DNS
