I’ve just received back 5 RB411AH boards that are 4 or 5 years old, and all seem to have suffered from NAND corruption/data loss.
On more than one units, while booting up with the serial port plugged in, the system couldn’t start because it printed out some underlying OS files could not be found… names like xxxxxxxx.lib.so …since there is no access to the underlying file structure, I have no choice to believe that something happened with the NAND chip causing it to lose data.
