NAT all traffic to Zerotier is slow

Hello

I configured a Zerotier interface on my MT. It connected to my Zerotier network. I have a gateway on my Zerotier network and it works fine for my PCs and Mobile phones. Using a mangle I use my gateway on the Zerotier network as a default gateway. I also added a NAT rule for all traffic going to Zerotier network using my Zerotier network IP in Mikrotik.

Now I can see all traffic is sent through the Zerotier network and my client on wireless network access to the internet through Zerotier gateway.

But it is so slow and I have so many packets lost or ping timeout.

It would be great if you could mention any clue to check. Thank you

Disable fasttract+k firewall filter rule (for starters).

Fasttrack and mangle are mutually exclusive. It is possible to craft fasttrack rule to have some (most?) traffic fasttracked without getting in way of mangle, but you can tackle this task after you determine if this is actually solution (and you find that your router can not cope with traffic).

You might also try setting the ZeroTier instance (e.g. zt1) to only use “WAN” address list as it’s interface.
