I would like to test speet of NAT and nandwith test between 2 ports on mikrotik. It is some proprieetary device in which I installed Mikrotik RouterOS.For bandwith test between 2 ports ramdisk on booth machines and copy file? but what with NAT test. I dont use it as primary router it is configured as switch. Thanx in advance
To test network speed, you should use a tool like iPerf:

Why test NAT if the device will not perform any NAT tasks?
