NAT dynamic rules in HotSpot

Hello All,
I have a small question, after adding new HotSpot using wizard it added some dynamic NAT and Firewall rules.
But I want to create HotSpot mannualy, should I create all this rules by myself, or there is a way to generate them.

I am asking because I faced with such situation: If I delete this dynamic rules and restart RB then they appear again.
Is there a way to restore these rules without RB reboot?

I am just wondering how to set up HotSpot without wizard.
And if I occasionally deleted one dynamic NAT rule, should I reboot Router to restore it?
