Hi

I am having a problem at my client. I setup a NAT rule having all smtp traffic going to a mail server on the LAN.
Problem with this is, the mail server sees email coming in as coming from the router (internal IP on Mikrotik router).
So now we are get tons of spam and my rbl’s don’t work as it see the mail as internal.
Can someone help me with setting up a very very basic rule that does not change the ip headers

What is your configuration?

If you have masquarde rule check is there out interface set to public interface or source ip’s is set to your private network.

Sorry for only posting now, yes it was a masquarde issue. It’s all sorted now.
