NAT problem in three router with subnet

Hello I have 3 routers The 1st is a tp-link, 2nd is ADSL router and 3rd is a Mikrotik. The mikrotik takes the Internet from the tp-link and adsl routers on the tp-link it’s made dmz to mikrotik. I access the mikrotik with winbox outside but created nat not working.
Flags: X - disabled, I - invalid, D - dynamic
