nat with two proxy?

hi all,

I have squid and work with dstnat 80 to 192.168.10.1 8080
now I enabled mikrotik proxy on 3128 to use proxy access
how would be the second nat???

you can redirect http traffic transparently to the mikrotik proxy and setup the parent and parent port in webproxy setting, so you need 1 dst rule.
/ip firewall nat
add in-interface=ether1 dst-port=80 protocol=tcp action=redirect to-ports=8080 chain=dstnat
/ip proxy
set enabled=yes port=8080and then
/ip proxy
set parent-proxy= parent-proxy-port=3128

but my queues proxy hit not work any more I want give the clients full speed from proxy
now the tos=12 in mikrotik proxy and it is the same in mangle
