I want to run 4 Internet communication channels from the 4 telephone lines through the splitters and make load balancing on all 4 channels. Also make a backup link through Vodafone GigaCube. I want to ask experts with experience, which model of mikrotik should be taken for such purposes? It is also necessary to make certain users access to some sites through one channel with a dedicated ip address .
Hardware selection is a part of network design & it really depends on your planning.You didn’t mentioned about the amount bandwidth that Mikrotik will be handling plus number of users, queuing / other fire-walling/rules etc?

There is about 15 users, 2 fileservers and 1 server for apps. Every channel have bandwidth up to 20 Mbit/s to downloading and I think about 5 Mbit/s for uploading. Vodafone GigaCube has150 Mbit/s speed in both directions . Network is work under FastEhernet . But I do not have information about the rules of the firewall yet///
