problem i have to routers the first one has 3 lans and one ap they are bridged and working ok but i cant set the other mikrotik device with two wireless one station one ap or one station wds one ap i cant bridge them and the station wds dont conect in station mode i cant conect and i can access the internet but i need same ip range
Have no idea what you are saying. You cant bridge station and why bridge 3 lans? Use a switch.
the first router i have configuret as i want as bridge but the second one i cant configure with same ip range
the first router has got 3 lans and one Wlan and its ok they are bridged but the second router conets to the wlan with station mode and has another wlan in Ap bridge mode i cant set ap mode to use the same ip range as the wireless station mode ( bridge them)
it goes like this lan (internet in) wlan (ap bridge same ip with lan internet) second router contets to the first router with wireless in station mode and has another wireless in ap mode i cant set the station mode and the ap bridge to use the same ip range as in first router
i believe you need to read this http://www.mikrotik.com/testdocs/ros/3.0/vpn/eoip.php
if this isn’t what you want come back with more info…
Hi,
I would suggest you connect your second Router with WDS to the first one, this should tell you how:
http://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/Transparently_Bridge_two_Networks
You can leave your first one to APBridge, so clients could connect along with the WDS. If you need more bandwith, just add a second wireless interface to AP1 and use that only for WDS
Sincerly
