Need for a passive 10G Switch with 10G baseT ports

Dear Mikrotik team,
especially in SOHO use cases a switch with 10G baseT ports would be very usefull. Especially when these 10G baseT ports are multirate capable.

Is there anything like a CRS308-4XG-4S+IN or CSS308-4XG-4S+IN in development? Best would be in the format of the RB5009 to be a central switch for 3 RB5009 or L0009.
I would prefer RouterOS but SwOS would be also fine.

10GBase-T consumes ~4W of power per port, i.e. an 8-port switch will consume at least ~35W. This is too much for passive cooling.
