we have 2 network in my router (RB1100AHX2)
1- INTERNET on ether5
2- LOCAL country NET on ether13
i advertise /24 valid ip in internet
is it possible when my internet uplink down or full i use LOCAL country NET ?
or use 30% of INTERNET and 70% of LOCAL country NET ?

i only have packet loss
With pcc load balance you can asding 30% and 70% to the other connection.
