NEED HELP : DHCP pool ON CISCO 3650 and Router Mikrotik

Hi all,

I have cisco swicth 3650, and user my RB 1100 AH as my router, how can i do few

  1. can i put my dhcp pool on my cisco switch 3650 ???

  2. If i put DHCP pool on cisco switch, can I use Hot spot Feature on mikrotik router ???



    I attached a network diagram for better understanding
    My Vlan and DHCP Pool : Vlan 101 = 192.168.1.0/24, Vlan 102=192.168.2.0/24, Vlan 103 = 192.168.3.0/24
