Need help for multiple vlan load balancing and fail over.

I have two WAN using Vlan in different ether port.

Ether1- 1.Internet (ISP-1) VLAN ID: 123
Ether4- 2.Internet (IPS-2) VLAN ID: 124

Now I need to load balancing and fail over between two VALN
Note: 1.internet (IPS-1) is my primary internet connection and 2.Internet (IPS-2) is for load balancing and fail safe.

This matter is not suited for a short explanation on a forum thread, Have a look at Tomas Kirnak’s Load Balance / Mangle Deep Dive presentation.

The fact of your WAN interfaces being VLANs doesn’t change a thing, just use them as WANs.
