Need Help, How to create sub Domain with 2 Mikrotik

Neet Help, how to set the mikrotik.

i want make a sub domain with 2 mikrotik
this 2 mikrotik connected with a LAN cable
ADC is ready.
Sub ADC from same network, can join
but Sub ADC from mikrotik 2, can’t join ( error can’t contact the DNS Server )

any can help, please…

domain : domain2019.com
mikrotik 1 :
ip : 192.168.1.254
ip ADC : 192.168.1.110

mikrotik 2 :
ip : 192.168.2.254
ip SADC : 192.168.2.110

Does IP routing between both IP subnets work? E.g. do you have full connectivity from client devices on 192.168.1.x to SADC and likewise full connectivity from clients on 192.168.2.x to ADC? And all that without any speciffic configuration on client devices?
