i want to make a firewall rule that drop everything and allow only microsoft teams .
i need it to control my kids when they have online class because they installed a damn vpn and played roblox :-))

AFAIK, Teams, Skype, Zoom and all those TCP/UDP-Hole-Punching software is almost impossible to block. Your firewall rules must be so broad/wide, that youd have to block almost everything.
Id suggest to restrict this on the PC with appropriate User-Accounts and User-Rights (no Admin).
If someone has a better solution, please me (us) know!
