Need help linking two live routers

Hi.

I have an RB600 with 4 repeaters (RB133s) setup behind it.
I also have an RB532 with 4 repeaters (RB133s and senao NOC3220-EXT) setup behind it.
Each repeater has two miniPCI cards, one as Station and one as AP. The AP hosts a DHCP server with a different private address range and subnet. The ether ports are not really in use.
Both routers have public IPs.
I have setup PPTP server and client so once within one private network i can access all the other repeaters as well as the router on that network only, via winbox.

Questions:
how do i link both routers so that i can connect to any of the repeaters or any of the routers from any of the private networks?
how do i link both routers to provide a failover link?
how do i load balance both routers?

I know the link is somewhere in the midst of IPIP, EoIP or some other VPN link, but i’m not sure which will provide me the best results.

I take it you’re using source nat and not fully routed?

route the entire network, you’re setup doesn’t sound that different from mine.
