Need help. microtic does not work well

I use 3 ubnt distribution antennas.
1 is 2.4 ghz
2 jane 5 ghz.
the antennas are in ports 2,3,4 are bridge.
the problem is.
in the 2.4 ghz antenna there are 10 clients, the clients connect to the pppoe server but the internet is very bad.
in whatsapp only messages are sent, the camera is not opened, no photos are sent, the internet is blocked at all, there are cases when the microphone is blocked.
turn it off and restart it normally after a few minutes it repeats.
I changed the mic and backed up the same thing again.
seek your help if you have encountered such problems.

Assuming that clients connected to the 5 GHz radios have no problems, connect the 2.4 GHz AP to the port to which one of the 5 GHz ones was connected and connect that 5 GHz one to the port where the 2.4 GHz one was connected. If the problems move, the port of Mikrotik has problems. If the problems stay at 2.4 GHz, the cable or AP is broken or, more likely, there is too much interference in the 2.4 GHz band.
