Need help on configuring NAT-PMP

Dear All,

I am running MT OS 5.12 on pc hardware. I have some users who are using internet for online gaming. They asked me to open the ports of 28960, 11155, 11166 as they have founf the ports block by firewall.

I have gone through the mikrotik firewall rules and no such rules in my router that blocks the specific ports they have complained.

I have checked with a tools for these ports and found the follwoing message:

“Port is not Open” (for 28960 , 11155, 11166)

Please suggest me how to resolve the issue ?

If you haven’t seen any rule on the firewall filter, then your router is not blocking
those ports.
It might be another router or firewall that is doing that, like your ISP provider.
