Need help on two scrips from the Miktorik Wiki page.

I need some help on the following two scrips on the Wiki pages BillingScript http://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/AutomatedBilling/BillingScript and UsageWarningsScript http://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/AutomatedBilling/UsageWarningsScript
I can not get them to work on 6.25rc5.
