Need help pleas how to assign a dns address to an ip

so i have a Roku and it mist run on dns 85.203.37.1 and 85.203.37.2 for expressvpn Media Streamer i have done it in DHCP Server then Network make a new one address 192.168.88.20
gateway 192168.88.1 and then in dns 85.203.37.1 and 85.203.37.2 and it work all the time hullu US was working i live in SA and that is the reason so now i got a new RB4011 and have set it up from default like have have done on my old RB3011 bit when a try to test the connection the roku cant get to the internet no connection i have the supout file but cant upload it

  1. don’t use 6.48, it is full of surprises - always use “long-term” unless you need the newest features, which is definitely not the case here
  2. don’t upload supout file (there is too much sensitive information); instead, follow the hint in my automatic signature right below and put the result as a text to a post, between [code] and [/code] tags.
