Need Help to block UDP IP & Port

I’m novice in Routerboard. But i want to try something with CRS125 Router Switch

My Problem:
In The Digital Video System The ip is possible to play by VLC Media player. (e.g. udp://@244.244.244.2:9999). Is it possible to Block some UDP IP and Port by using MikroTik CRS125
If it is Possible, How to do
And is it possible to block differently in port by port?

In case it is the switched network move one of the ports (facing to video server) to the bridge and apply the bridge firewall. Expect brutal performance drop.
