What exactly do you want to do? Home network with PPPoE, VPN or something else..?
now i want make home network pppoe
and use hotspot
and load balance 4 ISP line
now i try use wiki pcc code to load balance 2 ISP line but its all time give me error in code
or gateway unrechable
this is not the best “first time setup” - Try to read wiki - play around - and dont start to learn mikrotik by bounding interfaces from manny ISP’s

You should choose whether use Hotspot or PPPOE.
For your start maybe it’s easier for you to start with Hotspot. there is no specific and special config for small needs. Just follow the instruction and you should succeed. (but should know there are lots of things too )

for Load Balancing… I don’t know. maybe you can’t config it now. Maybe after some practicing and weeks.

You can have your User-Manager (google it and you find it in wikis)
Also it’s not bad (and it’s easy) to add some firewall rule for brute attacks (google this too: ssh brute mikrotik and also telnet brute mikrotik)
But you should start reading book and wiki … Step by Step
