Need help to setup RB750R2

Hello Team Mikrotik,

Recently i am purchase new mikrotik RB750R2 for Hotspot Network for more than 10 people at my Shop.

Let me know step by step to setup the router, my basic requirement are -

  1. All people login to internet with Specify user name & password
  2. I want to know everyone’s mac ID with user name for security reason.
  3. Want to distribute Specify bandwidth & limit of data consumption, like 2Mb upto 4GB, after 512mb

I have Static IP by ISP.
