Hi everyone,
My colleague and I are MT n00bs but spend 2 days collectively playing w/ our new RBS2011.
Whenever we change any variables and hit “save” the changes do not save. Either on the somewhat hard-to-use top “touch screen” or via web portal.
Any suggestions for making changes stick, or is this RMA material?

Have you tried winbox?
I use Always winbox to configure the router, this is the best way to do it

which parameters are not holding your configuration changes? What are you trying to do?
Perhaps you are in Safe mode?
