need help with modem Sierra MC7710

When I connect the modem into my router RB411
I can’t connect to him using the serial terminal , and when I go to system-port
I can see the modem have only 1 channel (and not 7 like normal modem - MC8790 for example )
now I can’t use the GPS option , or even enter the modem to change simple setting
how can I change it ? is it something in the RB I need to do ?
or maybe need to install the modem another firmware?
now it have
DIP - SWI9200M_3.5-Release7-SWI9200X_03.05.23.02

It should be working.
Please make sure that the LTE interface is enabled.

the interface is enable
but from what I have read over the internet
I can’t use this modem with the RB and be able to see more channels
just 1
if i want to enter to him and config some AT command , I need to this command

/port firmware set ignore-directip-modem=yes

and then to enter the modem , change what I want , end disable it again
