need help with NV2

hello guys …

i have installed a PTP Link for a 25 km distance and the details is as below :
each point with RB433 UAH with Router OS V 5.6 and enabling NV2 wireless protocol and signal strength -55 db m with CCQ 100 % , but i don’t get more than 30 Mbps .
note :
i made wireless mode Station WDS at one side and AP Bridge at other side .

can anyone tell me if i missed some configuration or something could improve my link ?

thank you …

to know what you missed, we need to know your configuration. post all of it, please. from both sides of the link. also registration table output from both sides of the link.

set your channel width to 40Mhz, you should able to get 35Mbps full duplex (tx & rx at the same time) throughput in the band-test with TCP mode.

that’s max but in real traffic mode, you can only go up to 40Mbps.

As a rule of thumb you should calculate with about 50% for max. user tcp data througput in relation to the connection rate of the link. With some techniques this can be raised a bit.
So for an NV2 link running in 802.11g or ´a´ your 30Mb ain’t so bad at all. Be happy!
And indeed, creating a 40Mhz bandwidth you could even squeeze more out of that link.

thank you all for reply …
